PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Lifecorp Platinum Membership

Lifecorp Platinum Membership is an annual membership offered at the price stated each financial year. It is valid for 12 months but may be subject to change at the discretion of the Lifecorp Group.  If for some reason you no longer wish to be part of the group it is your responsibility to advise the Lifecorp service provider, Land2go Pty Ltd (helen@lifecorp.com.au).

2. Service Provider

Lifecorp engages Land2go Pty Ltd to provide member services to all Lifecorp Members and Platinum Members.  All member records are held on the Lifecorp database and remain the property of Lifecorp.  

3.  Annual Payment

Payment is due in July each year payable to Land2go Pty Ltd, who provides member services for the Lifecorp Group.

4.  Annual Payment Must Be Up to Date and Complete

All fees must be paid on time in order for you to participate in the Platinum Group and Platinum Projects. Group privileges including membership, platinum projects, media, websites and other assets may be revoked, disabled or withheld as we deem appropriate if payments are not made.

5.  Membership Fee

Annual payment of $8,800 (incl. GST) must be paid in July each year.  This fee will be reviewed each year and any changed will be communicated prior to renewal date.

Payments are made to Land2go Pty Ltd the service provider for member services and details will be sent via email each year.

6.  Land Reserve Service Fee (LRSF)

To gain priority access to the latest Lifecorp Land Reserve project or Platinum project, it is a requirement to have a minimum of two (2) Land Reserve Service Fees in place at all times.  If a LRSF is used for an opportunity , this fee must be replaced within 60 days of securing a lot to remain part of the Platinum priroty queue.

7.  No Guarantee of Results

We make no express or implied claims that you will make money as a result of purchasing this Lifecorp Platinum Membership. Examples given are not intended to represent, warrant or guarantee that everyone will achieve the same results. Each individual’s success will be determined by his or her personal financial capability, skill, desire, dedication, effort and motivation to take action. You recognise any business or property investment endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital, and you freely and of your own will, risk any and all capital you may choose to spend implementing concepts outlined while using this Program.

8.  Intellectual Property

All material relating to the Platinum Membership for which you are joining, whether presented during, before or after, is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights.  All such materials remain the property of their owners and may not be recorded, used or reproduced, without the written permission of the owner. You agree not to do anything, at any time that would infringe the intellectual property rights in such materials.

9.  Privacy

We will collect your personal information from the forms you complete and associated conversations you have with our representatives in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles. Our Privacy Policy can be found on our website – www.oasisestates.com.au.  Any information you provide us is stored on our secure database, including scanned copies of manual forms (credit card details will not be included) that you complete. We may, if you have opted in, and unless otherwise advised, use your personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes.   You consent to Lifecorp (and other third parties association with the Program) using your name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Group, and promoting any products and/or services of Lifecorp. 

10.  Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow participants. You agree not to disclose proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets that are disclosed by other Participants in confidence, nor to violate the publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights of any Program participant or Lifecorp.

11.  General

The laws of the state of New South Wales and the Australian Consumer Law govern this agreement. Should any part of this agreement be determined by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will be unaffected. This agreement may not be varied except with the written approval of a director of Lifecorp.  All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are excludable are excluded from this agreement. Such terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable are not excluded from this agreement but our liability for breach of such conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable is limited to the total amount paid by you to Lifecorp under this agreement. Lifecorp excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Lifecorp Buyers Group Membership.
